I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Lux‑Connex. A colleague recommended them to me, and I’m very happy with the entire experience. Despite their busy schedule and my relatively short notice, they still managed to accommodate my preferred removal date. The team that handled the removal was exceptionally professional, very friendly, and consistently willing to go the extra mile. Overall, an excellent service that I would gladly recommend. Thank you Lux-Connex.

We had a really nice and smooth removal experience. Since the beginning, Mirela was so helpful and so fast about giving the feedback. One more thank you to operation staff who are moved us. They arrived on time and handled the process smoothly and quite fast with smile on their faces.

I collaborated with Lux-Connex to complete my relocation in Luxembourg (coming from Greece). They were true professionals, always ready to answer my questions (without any delay) and willing to solve any problem. I really appreciated their efforts to keep me satisfied and compensate me in an unfortunate occasion (which related to services provided by an external partner they had in Greece and not by any person directly employed by the company). I think one demonstrates its true professionalism in difficult circumstances (not when everything runs smoothly) and that is especially needed when a relocation is involved (which always entails a certain kind of difficulties). I can reassure you that Lux-Connex is the right choice for someone looking to relocate safely, with the help of true professionals, engaged in making your moving experience a pleasant memory. Overall, highly recommended!
