Nordic Stella

Je n'écris pas souvent des avis sur Google mais ici j'ai été vraiment déçue par mon expérience. J'ai déjà été dans d'autres céramiques café. J'adore le concept, je trouve ça relaxant. Je n'ai pas vécu cela chez Nordic Stella. Le lieu est joli, mais les personnes qui y travaillent sont stressés et ça se communique. L'organisation est à revoir selon moi. Il faut attendre pour avoir sa pièce en céramique, demander de la peinture, résultat il faut tellement attendre que mon amie n'a pas eu le temps de faire quoique se soit dans les 2 heures imparties et moi j'avais peur de ne pas finir ma pièce à 48 euros.Je regrette également la cuisson pendant la séance. Nous avons eu mal à la tête avec les émanations du four.

Il y a quatre mois, j’étais là avec deux amies. Ils ont perdu une tasse faite par l’une de mes amies. Depuis, ils ont promis de nous rembourser et nous leur avons même fourni nos informations bancaires, mais ils ne répondent plus et nous laissent sans nouvelles. PAS À RECOMMANDER!!!!!

Great place both for children and adults! A fantastic atmosphere, good vibes to feel free and creative and enjoy life! The personnel is wonderful, speaking English, French, German, Luxembourger, and very attentive to the clients needs! Honestly, a lot of fun for the two hours we spent there!

Stella Ceramic Pottery is my go-to place for a creative Sunday afternoon. I’ve been many times, and each visit has been a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The space is bright and inviting, with a great selection of pottery pieces to paint. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering tips and guidance when needed. Painting on pottery has become a fun way for me to unwind and express creativity. It’s also a great way to create personalized gifts or keep a meaningful piece for myself. Today I saw the place and I liked it. There are different ceramic options to buy and paint right there, different prices, they give you the paint. I had a chocolate and I liked it. I recommend this place to relax while enjoying your own art. The staff was very friendly, they played music in Spanish and we felt at home. I recommend!

I went to their pottery painting session, which was 2h long and more than amazing! You can pick the item that you want to paint, they guide you with the colors and help you if you need to. The ladies are super friendly and the atmosphere there is so calm and relaxing. With a cup of matcha or coffee I can easily spend there an entire day. The finished product was better than I expected and will happily come back ✨

The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else than actually helping their customers. It somehow got even worse later. Picking up our pieces turned into another unpleasant experience, thanks to a rude and unfriendly staff member who clearly has no idea what customer service means. Talk about having no manners. If giving less than one star were an option, they’d deserve it. Save your money and go somewhere else.
