I was not so happy with this crèche for my little one. We were with them for 15months, until we've got the opportunity to change the crèche. They lied to me to many times. Despite that, me and 3 other Mom's noticed that they let the babies cry for 30min without checking on them, while parents were picking up the kids. They said to many times that he had fever even though back home he had nothing. I caught one of the care takers often sitting at the side looking into her phone and not interacting with the children. There's one care taker for the babies I considered good. If she was on vacation, it was a disaster with the others. One time, I was told my baby slept for 6hrs, I was shocked. After I complained they pretended that I misunderstood. I definitely did not, this was mentioned to me in my mother tongue! I often heard one of the main care taker for the older kids yelling at them, which I did not like. There're other ways to handle things... I was also only happy with one of the main care takerd in their Baby group. I would close this crèche and be more strict, if I was the education ministry... Besides us there were 2 other Mom's, who took their babies to another crèche before I did it as well. Also they don't provide breakfast. The new crèche has a bigger variety of activities for the kids. The child of concern left this crèche 13months before this review. As a parent, I needed to find time to think about doing this. I did get the impression that I was not taken seriously whenever I addressed certain topics. I was disappointed to see that some of their reviews were fake and done by employees..
