I had an amazing tour around Luxembourg City. It all went smooth from the first contact, when I emailed the company enquiring about the tour, Monique got back to me straight away with different options. Even though I was in Luxembourg only for a day and the tour was in German that day, they still accommodated me and translated to English so I felt part of the group. It was an afternoon spent in a pleasant company, the bikes were perfectly prepared, easy to cycle and I gained lots of knowledge about the city. This tour made my visit much more enjoyable and I am delighted I found this company, what a wonderful people!

We were lucky to have our bicycle tour on a bright and sunny Sunday morning. We had only just arrived in Luxembourg but both the lovely lady at the shop (which was located in a very pretty and easy-to-access central area) and our wonderful tour guide made us feel immediately at home and gave us so much great bicycle information, joyful laughs, fascinating stories about the geography and history of all the places we saw, and lots of recommendations on where else we can visit during our stay. The tour guide knew the route so well and kindly kept checking around him to see us cycling with our safety always in his mind. We were amazed by his professionalism and that he even knew exactly how long each traffic light is! So I felt very able to truly enjoy every moment of the beautiful scenery along his route, which we loved so much that after the tour finished we decided to follow the same route again by foot! Velosophie's bicycle tour was the perfect first experience in a new country and we thank you very much😃

very authentic shop! One can feel the love for bicycle-touring when entering, with all the ortlieb panniers, touring maps, bike accessories,.. really cute shop with experienced and friendly service, highly recomend.

Did a 4 day e-bike tour from hotel to hotel and can not say how perfect it was- from the route they planned to the hotel to the bike to the food! Highly recommend!
